I have been at this property since 2021. Instead of breaking my lease I decided to transfer to a bigger unit. Jamarquis was super helpful and professional in this decision! I attended a community event for the first time, and it was amazing, I plan to participate in more. I look forward to another year at 2050 ;-). I literally never leave reviews, so this says a lot.

We appreciate your compliments regarding our community's cleanliness and upkeep! Our team takes pride in providing an excellent living space for our residents and their pets.
The property management at this complex was horrible and even worse at the Corporate Office. There was no stability in leadership for the property.I witnessed at least three different management companies manage the property while there and an even higher turnover rate with the office staff, including the property manager. The last one was clueless and never responded. I would STRONGLY advise anyone against concerning living here. However, if you do have your unit tested for mold and mildew before moving into it because it’s present in some of the units in spite of cosmetic repairs. Overall look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I inquired about this property and also decided to give them a call. No answer. I emailed them, and they seemed so concerned JUST to ignore my email again when I replied. I understand everyone is busy, but it takes a few minutes to help someone out. I hope they get people who actually would like to do their job.
The staff is awesome, the amenities are great, the apartments are beautiful
Apartment was overall in very good condition upon move-in and office staff have been easy to reach and responsive. Maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner. One thing I have not liked about the community is that the hallways often smell like weed and sometimes the smell of weed is in my apartment unit also.
Maintenance issues have always been fixed quickly and the staff have been professional and kind.
Everything is great besides the loud music coming from across the street on weekends.
I am indifferent on recommending it. The complex and staff have been great, but it's the tenants that have me indifferent. For example, the parking garage has one entrance and one exit. Tenants speed out the entrance and if you are coming into the parking garage, you have to be careful for people coming out of the garage the wrong way. Tenants speed through the parking garage and parking lot and come very close to hitting you whether you are walking or in your vehicle. Additionally, tenants don't pick up dog poop after their dogs, tenants smoke on the property and smoke marijuana as the odors linger in the hallways despite the property being a smoke free property.
It' a quiet and small community.
The apartment next to mine is a party AirBnb and the management doesn't seem to be willing to do anything about it. I've complained a bunch of times and it's against the lease, but I'm listening to a loud party at 3:30PM in the middle of the day right now...so if you move in here, be willing to sign a strict lease but get zero help with enforcement against other tenants who break the rules. It's probably fine if you love noise, but I don't.
So far I have only praises for this place: comfort, location, community, management, it's a great place to live.
Poor management and office staff. Property doesn’t care about their residents or the property. It is hard to believe that this complex is less than a year old. Trash in the halls, dog poop in the halls. Very thin walls can hear everything! No security officer like they claim. Some of the amenities they advertise don’t work and refuse to fix.
Hands down the most unprofessional, horrible property I have ever lived at. Common areas have a constant issue with dog poop and trash. Contacting the office staff that refuse to acknowledge any issues and say that they can’t be responsible for the residents who break the rules. Which is correct but you are responsible for providing a safe sanitary property. Can’t look the other way when issues are brought to your attention. Elevator constantly is broken, no security office as they advertise, garage gates break all the time. Just take ownership of the property that you chose to work at.
The community is great not sure about the surrounding areas. Doesn't always feel safe. One thing that I do see a lot of is trash in the garage and sometimes in the hallway.

The Manager Dustin is rude and irresponsible, when you move in there are so kind, and then once you become a resident and you have issues they treat you like inappropriate. He acted so rigid when I had a problem and dint even come close to helping with the situation.
