You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer a Renter's Insurance Policy. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted. Wedged between Balboa Park on the east side and San Diego Airport to the west, Bankers Hill is a terrific location for those who like to travel, those who like nature, and those who want to be close to the city center – Downtown San Diego is directly south of Bankers Hill.
