We've spruced up the bath with new faucets, a new vanity, and efficient LED fixtures. Especially fun during downtown summer farmer's markets, which occur right outside! Steps away from bookstores, restaurants, downtown food co-op. Utilities included. Coin-op machines in building's private laundry room -- a few steps away from this apartment's front door -- are half the price of a laundromat. Building has free shared Internet hotspot for tenants, or dedicated Internet service from LARIAT is available in this building at a 25% discount with free installation; service can be up and running the day you move in. Park for as long as you like, off the street, in one of two nearby city lots.
