A residential parking pass for the open-air gated lot is available for $40 per day, guaranteeing one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, park in the public lot starting at $40 per day, without in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. Explore the vibrant nightlife on Broadway, just two blocks further, and enjoy the convenience of leaving your car at home to explore the city on foot. The unit features an industrial open piping structure, which may produce noise when the AC or heat is on. Sound machines are provided in the bedroom, and ear plugs are available upon request. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests will receive a unique keypad code for entry, which will activate on the check-in day and deactivate on the check-out day. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. While a laptop computer is not included, guests are welcome to connect their own Bluetooth speakers or devices for a personalized work environment.
