Upper residence has a large deck off of the living area with a gas BBQ, living and dining areas and an ocean view. It also offers a palatial master bedroom with a large private deck. Each residence has one garage space, driveway parking, and use of the shared beach shower. Both residences are luxuriously appointed with designer furnishings & hotel quality linens.
