The home is in great shape and has been well taken care of with some small updates. Includes washer and dryer. It has a new stove, new flooring, and the bathrooms were recently renovated. To schedule a showing you must apply online at rentals828 dot c o m (every person that would live in the property +18 yo must apply). We don't charge anything for the application, but there is a fee of $30 for the background check that only takes place after the application has been approved and the property has been shown. We are only scheduling showings to those who complete the application. We consider pets on a case-by-case basis following the mobile home park regulations. The tenant is responsible for all utilities (including yard maintenance), except water and trash. The first and last month's rent upfront is required. Rent is $1,500/month.
