This community has a public swimming pool open in the summer and a party venue for rent on weekdays. This property is close to all the major highways including I-95, Rt896, Rt40, Rt1, Rt72, and shopping centers. Monthly rental is $1700. The tenant's responsibility: pay for all utilities (water, electricity, and yearly sewer fee) and takes care of lawn and pest control. The landlord's responsibility: pay for trash pickup, HOA fee, property insurance and property tax and property mortgage. Only one small cat or one small dog (under 12 lb) is allowed with additional $40 monthly rental. Minimum Qualifications: (1). No Eviction history, and has good rental history, (2). The household gross monthly income must be three times of the monthly rental ($1700 X 3, approximately $5100 gross monthly income). Require providing proof of income with the last three months’ paycheck and bank statements (3). At least one-year stable job (4). Pass background check, including credit report, employment history and criminal records. Require applicant providing a copy of Valid Driver's License or Government issued Photo ID and SSN Card. Sorry, we can't accept the section-8 applicants. The landlords do screen check by themselves. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Lease term is: 12 Months or 12 months to 18 Months lease.
