Nonstop parking issues

Apartment itself is pretty decent. But there is a nonstop parking problem. You get one reserved spot per apartment. But good luck parking in your own spot. Ever since the bagel place opened in the same building, customers constantly park in the reserved spots. You can call the management to get the cars towed, but good luck getting any immediate response. Most days, you get connected to a call service, where they have no power to call the towing company. By the time the message gets to the management, management calls the towing company, and the tow truck arrives, it's probably 2-3 hours. Most likely, the car's gone by then. And it repeats. Another car shows up and parks there. Another call to the call service, long delay, and the car's gone. This has been happening the past 4 months with no improvement. If you don't mind not being able to park in your own apartment, this is an ok place for you.
