I’ve been dealing with a rodent problem for about 2 months now and I called the office multiple times and they refuse to fix the problem. All they said they could do was send traps. No exterminator or anything. I even tried to hire my own exterminator but they would not let them come. So unless you want to be splitting rent with a rodent, don’t move here.

I’ve been here 4 years and I really can’t say I’ve had horrible experiences. It’s quite and not far from my place of employment.the maintenance teams are very reliable the ladies in the office are very kind and will answer any questions I have.great job to the the young who cleans the apartment for move -ins over all not a bad place to live.

Patrice was a huge help in the moving process. She made sure everything went smoothly. Maintenance always comes in timely fashion. Everyone there is really nice and friendly. It’s a Nice place to live!

I was a potential resident but not anymore. The leasing office was rude and completely unorganized. Failure to communicate all around. So disappointed.

The best family home , if your looking for an awesome place please pick here. Very respectful and friendly. Maintenance does a great job with making sure your unit is kept up nice, I have no problems and I always have a great parking space. Management always answer my questions on time...

The employees are very professional and accommodating. The apartments are very clean and up to date. I have been staying here for a year in apt 208 and have had no complaints about the apartments or it’s occupants. Shouts out to the maintenance man Kirk who recommended that I leave a review

I love living here!! Quiet and friendly people of different ethnicities all getting along. The staff is fun and friendly. The pools are awesome and open all year. The fitness center is convenient and free. Not to mention Golden Corral is nearly next door... :-)

The office staff and maintenance team are always nice and professional! The location is great and my electric bill has never been so low! I enjoy using the fitness center and my sweet dog loves the pet park! I would recommend 21 South to a friend!

Such a wonderful community! My dogs LOVE it here, there's a huge dog park that they plan in every day when I get off work. I have only had ONE maintenance issue since moving in and it was fixed THAT DAY!! Amazing feat for apartment complexes in this city!! Office staff and maintenance staff alike have both been incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and SO friendly! I have lived in several complexes all over the city and have yet to find service that came even close to comparing to this. The gym is BRAND NEW and has the hugest TV's and awesome equipment! I'm saving so much just by cancelling my gym membership! Would highly recommend. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. They helped me with everything I needed and I felt comfortable leaving my deposit. I've had a great experience here since I've moved in. The dog park is great and the fitness center has new equipment too.

I encountered VERY poor business practices at this complex. I do not recommend it, and with the variety of choices I recommend you do not as well. While hunting for an apartment I had the opportunity to work with many area leasing companies and complexes. This was the only one that utilizes a 72 hour deposit agreement to hold an apartment you cannot see that is not ready even though they tell you it is, and that has an every changing and mysterious rent costs. I pulled out of the agreement due to the unethical behavior of the complex and their failure to meet their portion of the agreement. Inconsistencies, inaccuracies, bait and switch tactics, requiring a deposit before the unit is ready, not allowing future tenants to see what they are putting their money on, and the threat that the unit's price may raise at any moment so you need to put your money down now are all unethical behaviors not worthy of your time. Do not trust these people. As promised to the owners, I will tell my story to social media in an effort to keep others from being duped. Clearly these are policy issues that the owners maintain so the unethical behavior is all theirs. I'm sure the staff has to live under the same unethical behaviors. My heart goes out to the staff.

After the renovations, the apartments are pretty nice. Mine is mostly carpeted, with "wood" in the kitchen and bathroom. Beyond the minor updates, everything is old. My AC would cut out every three weeks and blow hot air. It took maintenance several days to come and fix whatever problem was going on. It was clearly a bigger issue than the front office made it out to be but the workers would come "charge it up" and pour something into it. It would be fine for a little while before going out again. The property is outdated but probably one of the nicest places you'll find in the area in that price range. Before signing the lease, ask to see the apartment they'll lease out to you. I was shown a really nice large downstairs apartment with all wood floors but that was not what I was leased. I don't plan on renewing my lease when it ends.
