Property Ratings at 210 Watermark
I enjoyed my stay. I have had no complaints. If I needed maintenance they came in a reasonable time frame. I had packages accepted by the front office with no issues which made life a bit more convenient. All in all my stay was peaceful. In particular, I would like to give mention to those who were very helpful. Deborah & Savannah in the office. Justin & Drew on the maintenance team so respectful and attentive to any issues over the past 3 years or more. Bravo!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful 210 Watermark experience! We were lucky to have you, and we truly appreciate your kind words!
We've been here since August 2017 and are most impressed with being able to go out to eat every night of the week and never get in a car or go to the same place twice. For the price comparison to other options within walking distance of downtown Bradenton and the RiverWalk nothing competes with what you get for the money at Watermark! Like anyplace else, there are pros and cons, but we are happy with the staff and their response to our needs. Walk and watch the sunset or sunrise on the water (best from May to September), grab a happy hour drink and enjoy dinner then head home. Good stuff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your awesome 210 Watermark experience! We're thrilled to hear you're loving life in our beautiful, conveniently-located community!
Absolutely awful management when applying. They were not clear about move in expectations from the beginning, and took almost a full week to even get back to me about my application, even when I applied for a place available right then. I had to call and left a message to ask about my application. She just started running my things when I called days later. They told me to get FPL and Renters Insurance ready and THEN denied me. They should have been upfront from the beginning on how long their process took and their wording in the application is sketchy. They even had to reread it themselves and put me on hold when I questioned it. I was packed, ready to move and then had to cancel with multiple companies to transfer accounts. After speaking to 3 different people in the office who all told me different things, I decided I was done and applied somewhere else.

We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your application process. Please note we always advise prospective residents to wait until they've been approved before proceeding with obtaining Renters Insurance and a new FPL account. Our renter eligibility requirements (which are laid out in great detail in our application), were provided before the application process began. Please feel free to call the office anytime to speak with our community manager, Noel. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you all the best. Sincerely, The 210 Watermark Team
They have some kind of shady business agreement with a towing company here and they will tow resident's cars that pay rent here.
Property Manager at 210 Watermark, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We wanted to clarify that our community absolutely does not profit from towing. We have very limited parking here at 210 Watermark; therefore, we need to ensure our residents have spaces available to them. That's why all vehicles parked in designated resident spots must display the proper decal. If you have any questions, please call or drop by the office anytime to speak with our community manager. Sincerely, The 210 Watermark Team
This place is amazing. We just moved to the area and have been here for just a few months and absolutely love it. The office staff in the office are always so helpfull and nice. I enjoy talking to them not just about how my place is incredible, but for places to go with my family. Maintenance are quick to respond when I needed them, like when I left my key on the table, silly me. Needless to say this place is amazing, and I feel very lucky to be able to call this home.

Thank you so much for the amazing review and recommendation! We're thrilled to hear you're loving life at 210 Watermark, and we hope you stay with us for many years to come!
I've lived at 210 Watermark since 2008. The management and staff has changed over the years but I have always found them to be very helpful. At Christmastime I receive a phone call from the Manager informing me that I had packages. Unfortunately, my unusual work schedule was going to prevent me from being able to pick them up before the holiday. I was delighted when she volunteered to drop them off at my apartment for me ! It's a cute and charming place to live. The staff has always been attentive and gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your amazing 210 Watermark experience! We're incredibly grateful to have you as a loyal, longterm resident, and we hope you stay with us for another 10 years or more!!
Having been a landlord myself, I was respectful of the complex rules and always paid my rent on time, etc. I have a dog who I consciously picked up after. After 26 months and an additional month as a "month-to-month" tenant, I cleaned extensively, even dusting the top of the ceiling fans. There was no walk-through together when I handed the keys and access cards to the assistant manager. After moving to my new apartment, I received a certified letter stating that the apartment management was keeping my security deposit and demanding more money for general cleaning ($75)and carpet cleaning ($85). The letter went on to say that if I didn't send a check within 30 days, that the issue would go to small claims court and effect my credit. I responded with my own letter refuting the charges. This resulted in another letter from 210 Watermark stating that the $75 charge would be deducted but only if I paid by the end of the month...otherwise, the $75 would again be added and the issue would be turned over to a collection agency. I did send a check for the reduced amount but still harbor bad feelings about the whole transaction. The adversarial approach of management towards a good tenant is bad business in my opinion. I would not recommend leasing here.
While the location and amenities are great, the service provided by 210 Watermark with respect to treating their residents properly is atrocious. They do not put their residents first and are unwilling to compensate for mistakes knowingly made by maintenance. If you are looking for a place that will quickly resolve any problems I advise you to stay away. Our food spoiled in the refractor due to a lack of competence by maintenance in resolving the issue in a timely matter. Once our new refrigerator was out in, they allowed our food to spoil in a warm fridge instead of transfering all of our goods. While we lost $150 worth of food due to their mistake which they acknowledged, management is unwilling to provide greater than $50 in repayment. We have been very disappointed by the lack of service and friendliness on the part of management to its residents and are deeply disappointed by the way residents are treated at 210 Watermark
I lived here for 1 year and that was 1 year too long!!. First of all, there is a train that goes by the complex that will wake you up from a dead sleep at all hours of the night. Second, the walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my neighbors go to the bathroom. Imagine what else I hear... Third, management is TERRIBLE. They absolutely do not care about you once they have your money. The are rude and do not return your calls. They raise the rent every year by about $100-200 per month. Parking is a joke. Not only do they not have enough spaces, but they actively tow you if you park in a visitor spot, forget to display a parking pass, have expired registration, or if your car is red (ok the last one isnt true but they do tow for everything else)!! And forget about having a guest spend the night, as they dont offer guest passes and visitor spots fill up by 4pm. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. There are many better options in the area.
We are in a 3 bedroom apartment which is spacious (good part) and have been here for a little over a year. (Bad part) They increased our rent by almost $100 and we hear this is typical if you resign. It is not month to month after your first year. The gates aren't secure and anyone with a little sense can access our community and even our pool. The management isn't really of any help either. They do apartment checks 4 times a year (replacing air filters, checking on leaks, etc). The people here aren't really too friendly and we are stuck here until we get a house. I would not recommend this community.
I have lived at 210 Watermark for the past 4 years and I would have recommended this property 100% the first 3 years. About a year ago, the property was bought by Morguard, and since then, has gone downhill, at least in my experience. In the past year my car has been towed off the property twice and my apartment was robbed...in broad daylight while I was at work. At this time the prices for apartments are pretty ridiculous everywhere in this area, but it seems that 210 is trying to compete with the luxury apts. that were built next door. With formica countertops, laminate floors and carpet that feels like needles when you sit on it, not to mention the general lack of upkeep on the exterior of the building, I hardly think 210 can claim themselves as luxury. Beware that just like most apartments, you can hear your neighbors a lot (I can tell you where my upstairs neighbors are in their apartment at any time of the day), even if you pay rent and have a parking pass on your car, there are spots in the parking lot that you will get towed from without warning, and maintenance takes a very long time if you do not have your a/c out or a flood (I spent about a month with out light in my kitchen and my front door is dirty and ugly looking, but I am tired of putting in maint. requests about it). Overall, if it is important to you to live on the river, or on the riverwalk, this place is great for that. I have been very disenchanted by my experiences this past year, so I will not be renewing my lease, in pursuit of an apartment with a greater feeling of safety and thoughtfulness towards their tenants.
I've lived at 210 Watermark for 8 months. This beautiful Mediterranean inspired complex sits right in front of Bradenton's luxurious Riverwalk. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the river as you swing on the bench swings or while you take your evening jog. It is nice to come home from a long day of work and be able to relax in the resort style pool. The staff is very friendly and always willing to lend a hand when needed. They are very quick to respond to any needs I have had. I also love the convenience of having a full size washer and dryer right in my home at no additional charge. It is a secluded setting and very well lit. Being a single female I have felt completely safe while living there. I would certainly recommend 210 Watermark for any single person or any family . It is a great place to call home.
