Property Ratings at 2100 N Main St
I’ve lived here for a while, and while the location and new amenities initially seemed appealing, the management and maintenance experience have been frustrating. The maintenance person is friendly and seems to genuinely want to help, but there’s little follow-through unless you constantly follow up. Even then, it’s clear that he’s not equipped with the proper tools or resources to fix issues, which seems to stem from a lack of support from the owner based on conversations with him. Management, on the other hand, is downright terrible. The property manager (a single individual) is only attentive and friendly when you’re first moving in. After that, if you bring up any concerns, her demeanor completely changes—she’s rude, dismissive, and unresponsive. It feels like the tenants are a burden rather than valued residents. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care from management creates unnecessary stress. If you’re considering this place, think carefully about whether you’re willing to deal with these issues.
