Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The space includes 9 spacious bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, a living room, free washer/dryer, dining room, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a private pool with the option to add heat, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an outdoor patio with grill and loungers. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. The spacious living area offers enough seating for the whole family to hang out together, while the large kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make a delicious meal. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. Located in an ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, separate splash pool, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all resort amenities. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability through the messaging app.
