Downtown Galveston is the historic heart of the city, filled with restored architecture, museums, and cultural attractions. The Strand Historic District anchors the neighborhood, which has National Historic Landmark status and stands out for its many preserved 19th-century buildings. Moody Mansion and the Galveston Railroad Museum are just a few of the many museums located in downtown. Of course, residents also love being close to the beach, which is only about a 15-minute drive away. After riding some waves, hop on a ride at Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier or go fishing at Galveston's 61st Street Fishing Pier.

Property Ratings at 2101 Church Street
So much happened I do not have enough room to write it all. Apartment 1002 leaks. The windows leak uncontrollably with many hard rain storms. The ceiling in the master is certainly vulnerable to leaks, hence the damaged paint. After many attempts to get it all repaired over the course of 9 months, we hired an attorney. Our daughter graduated and was able to move out in the midst of legal proceedings. Corporate nor management barely responded to any of our struggles with the above issues. Management is not going to help you or respond. The apartment is charming but do not be fooled, go elsewhere.
Wouldn’t recommend. Management is in my opinion unprofessional. Be prepared for parking tickets.
I am about to move in and I am very happy I signed a lease with 2101 Church Street. The manager, Brittany, is fantastic and very helpful! It's four blocks to UTMB, which is great for students, and you get $100 off rent if you make under a certain income. This is the only interior entry high rise apartments I found close to UTMB and I feel very safe living here since they have restricted access through the use of a key fob. The rooms have high end carpet, while the rest of the apartment space has wood-inspired tile flooring - perfect for pets and it looks really nice. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite. There's no balcony and small closets, but it's really a small issue with the amenities and quality you're getting. Love this place! So happy I stumbled upon it. They also have two bedroom apartments, but I think the one bedroom had plenty of space for a single occupant and a pet.
