About This Property

Property Id: 1348625 We are renting 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom tri- level home! The room has its own bathroom and separate living space that is furnished and can be made to be your own personal space. There is a fireplace and our projector hanging you are free to use. We do need access to the laundry room and crawl space door as needed. The home has had a fresh remodel with updated kitchen and front living room. We also have a hot tub and fun patio you can use as well! There is off street parking, nearby Horsetooth and Old Town and utilities and internet are included. 1 friendly dog is welcome, no cats and tbd on other animals. Rent is $1000 including utilities due on the 5th of each month and 1 months rent as a security deposit. A good credit is required. There is also a pet fee for dogs. We are selective in roommates and looking for a female, LGBTQ+ friendly, and ok with our golden retriever. If you're outgoing we would love to hang, or if your more private we will respect your space.
