Our one simple rule we ask all guests to respect is "treat our home the way you would want your home treated". Thank you! - Pets are not permitted. - Smoking is prohibited. - 2 parking spots in driveway and cars cannot park in the garage. - Please keep all shades half up to allow plenty of light. Coffee mugs hang on the hooks by coffee maker. Front porch and deck need to be cleaned - especially back deck. - Master bedroom runs on a remote control but the light switch must be in "on" position to work. We have a white cabinet in the garage for extra paper towels, soap, light bulbs, etc... - Groups, gatherings, and parties are not permitted. - This is a very quiet neighborhood, and guests are expected to be aware of and respect this.
