Beautiful building!
10/10 recommend living here. Maintenance is very attentive, apartments are awesome and building is always clean. Very nice amenities and a huge kitchen. Definitely one of the more underrated buildings on campus.

Terrible, no couches and poor service
It's about a month in and we still don't have a couch. Management has been awful in communication and gave us varying times on when it'd be in. They don't even try to make things right and still make us pay full rent. We have been forced to sit on the floor. I don't know how an apartment that charges a lot of money for rent can't get couches for its residents.

Best place on campus
The apartment is amazing! So clean and they have events all the time like Free Food Friday and Fourth of July BBQ! Really huge apartments! Amazing gym, I will definitely be staying here again!

Chic & Convenient !
I’ve been living here for the past 2 years and I am still in LOVE with the all white decor ! It’s also located very close to campus, so I couldn’t resist resigning my lease for a senior year.

New and Sparkly
A friend and I just signed here. We went and saw the model at their office and 212 looked BEAUTIFUL, everyone in the office was extremely nice and helpful, and they even gave us giant Laffy Taffys. Looking forward to senior year more than ever now!
