Spanning just six square blocks, Bay Village is Boston’s smallest neighborhood. But this neighborhood is regarded as a hidden gem, surrounded by powerhouse neighbors like Chinatown, Back Bay, the South End, and Downtown. Bay Village is also the birthplace of literary great Edgar Allan Poe, whose memory lives on at Edgar Allan Poe Square on Boylston Street and Charles Street South.
So, what is it like to live in Bay Village? Well, the neighborhood stands out with its historic charm punctuated by well-preserved brick row houses along narrow, tree-lined streets. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the small neighborhood, while the many cultural amenities of the Theatre District Downtown Boston are within close proximity. Convenience to I-90 and the T makes getting around from walkable Bay Village easy and perfect for any renters that are commuters.

I have been living at 212 Stuart for the past 1.5 years and it is the best building I’ve ever lived in! Cheikh at the front desk is incredibly helpful and accommodating and Courtney goes above and beyond to put together the best resident events. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Good day, Thank you so much. Your words describe exactly what we strive on. We are working hard to buiild the best community in Boston. It is residents like you, that help us achieve that. We appreciate you! YOUR 212 STUART TEAM
My fiancé, french bulldog, and I just moved to Back Bay from Dallas. 212 Stuart has been so welcoming, accommodating, and efficient from the moment we signed our lease (shoutout to Courtney and Scott). That being said, we decided we wanted to move to Boston last spring. After lots of searching, we flew to Boston to tour our top three places that we wanted to live. We toured 212 Stuart, the Harlo, the Metlo. For many reasons (e.g. location, floor plan, smart technology, community, parking, views, etc.), we ended up choosing 212 and are very happy we did!:)

Friendly staff, always available for questions/concerns. Superb monthly events that we can bring our friends to as well. No noise in the apartment. Pet friendly. Clean. Apartment is in the best part of town, close to the public garden/Boston Commons, Chinatown, Newbury St, even seaport. Newer building. Can't ask for a better place.
