Water, sewer, and trash are billed back at $20/month for water, $15/month for sewer, and $9/month for trash (amount is based on trash cart size) in addition to rent. We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e. month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate. The unit is provided unfurnished. Now the fine print.
