Even better, it's on the second floor so you have complete privacy from the street. Designer-selected wall colors, and closets have been added for more storage. Also including at no additional charge is my parking spot which rents from $200-$250 monthly. The building has 24-hour front desk concierge to collect any packages. Sweetgreen, CVS, YES! Organic, dry cleaner and state-of-the-art YMCA with gym are all mere steps away. Located by a Trader Joe's, and all that 14th and U have to offer. Metro is two blocks away, Bike Share is one block down. To sum it up: all the amenities you could want, one of the best locations in the city, parking included, outdoor patio for you to enjoy, washer & dryer in unit. $2,550/month plus security deposit and building-required moving fee. Move-in date last week of June or first week of July. Well-behaved dogs will be considered.
