I recently visited 2125 Yale, and it was an exceptional experience. The building features stunning architecture and modern amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Guevara, the maintenance supervisor, who always goes above and beyond. During a citywide power outage, he manually opened doors and kept everything running smoothly. If you're looking for a wonderful place to call home with a nice city a nice staff you can call a family this is the best place for it I highly recommend 2125 Yale

The walls are too thin in my apartment, I can hear my neighbors foot step and if they play loud music, the noise travels very easily to our apartment.

The leasing/ managing staff are always responsive and pleasant. The building and amenities are kept in good condition. However, the elevators can be a problem. Past repairs have always been handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is always pleasant and professional.
I would recommend. Location is great! Restaurants are good in the area, the amenities are up to par!

Great customer service and I just love my apartment.
While some of the facilities are very good, the walls/ceilings are not very good at minimizing noise. There are residents above and beside my apartment who's footsteps and music make my apartment shake. It has gotten worse over the last few months which makes me question whether I would want to renew my lease.
The office and maintenance staff are very attentive. The amenities are clean and fixed if needed in a timely manner.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. I can't say enough positive things about management (Kathie and Cierra) - they are so approachable, helpful, and friendly. Our apartment is incredibly spacious, up-to-date, and comfortable. Maintenance is very responsive, and we've had only minor problems that have been resolved quickly. We love the equipment and machines in the gym, and the pool is well-maintained, clean, and relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance to Kroger, and other local restaurants, and very close to both 610 and i-10. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Heights!

Property Manager and Maintenance Manger are great to work with, and very prompt with information and up keep of the property. I would suggest a newer building to family or friends only because of the security issues and care of 21st street side of the property.
The actual apartment itself is nice. The leasing office has a mix of helpful and difficult people.

My husband and I have lived at 2125 for about three years now, and have been extremely pleased. In the past, there have been areas that needed improvement and we've had some major setbacks, but Kathie (the manager) has made tremendous strides and made 2125 the best apartment we've lived at so far. There are many convenient amenities, and the management has been communicative about ongoing improvements. Like any apartment, there are some neighbors who don't pick up after their animals or aren't as clean as they should be, but management makes it a point to address these concerns. The apartment overall is very quiet and is located in a great spot in the Heights; many restaurants and 19th street are very close and walkable. Total disclosure, the first year (2016) we lived at 2125 there was a major crime issue and my husband's vehicle was stolen out of the gated garage (the security videos weren't on that night). This was one of many car break-in issues, but with the new management the property is much, much safer, and there haven't been any thefts in the last couple of years. There have been clear steps to increase security, and it has paid off. We are moving out of state, but if we weren't, we would definitely renew at 2125. This community has a very communicative, responsive management team, and works hard to improve your experience.

It depends on price. But for a single bedroom and the price increases it is hard to recommend this building anymore over some other new properties in the area.
The apartament community is good, I liked it however I feel it?s overpriced especially comparing to other similar places
Leasing agent that I met with was very professional and pleasant to talk with. The complex was very nice and clean. The surrounding area was very nice with plenty to do within walking distance or a very short drive.
Apartment is in great shape. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Common areas are in great shape and inviting.
Quality of materials was not great (ex moisture coming in windows), but the location and service are fantastic.
Apartment has great location and easy access to freeways. Apartment is nice in size and there is usually parking.
The management team didn?t seemed surprised or worrried that my bathroom ceiling was leaking. They thought it was the air conditioning. Almost like it?s happened or happens before .
unhappy with the air conditioning equipment. That said the staff has done what they can to help. the unit does not cycle set at a temp of 71. unsure at this point whether the unit itself is undersized or the thermostats (cheap) are at fault
Work was completed quickly, but as previously mentioned, I am now responsible for charges incurred by the maintenance professional.
Service was above and beyond in regards to timeliness and window unit while repairs were under way.
By far the best reason to recommend this apartment is the excellent location. Less important reasons include the following: the long, straight pool is great for exercise and play while most comparable apartments have rounded pools that are only good for play not for swimming laps. The apartment is very pet friendly. The modern apartment is more energy efficient than old houses that we've rented in the area. The basement didn't flood during Hurricane Harvey, which is amazing.
I would recommend 2125 Yale to anyone looking for luxury amenities and a low maintenance living space. My wife and I enjoyed the walkable location. We leased in order to find a place to purchase and ended up finding a home just 7 blocks away. We appreciated the helpful and always responsive staff.
I loved living at 2125 Yale for the entire 3 years of my residence. If circumstances were different I would still be living there.
It is a quiet community with nice amenities. I definitely would recommend 2125. But we really need more visitor parking in the garage.
