The kitchen has a custom dining table made of quartzite with an in-built induction stove that has been the highlight of our dinners with friends and family enjoying hot pots, sautees, teas and fondues gathered around the table. The kitchen is also designed to have a working side and a front side so the mess can be hidden in the working side while entertaining. Beautiful all natural bamboo shades around the kitchen and living room. The barbeque porch is right outside the kitchen and has a big granite counter with two sinks and an installed gas line barbecue grill with benches all around so summer entertaining around the grill is easy and fun. Over 50 planted roses that bloom twice a year with plenty of other flowering trees. But roses are our favorites and we have a lot of them. High yield producing fruit trees : Persimmons, Pomegranates, Figs, Apples, Clementines, Lemon, two kinds of Cherries, Blackberry bush, Strawberry planters, Mulberry tree, Peach, Plum and Jujube trees that all fruit annually. Gardening with yard maintenance and water is included in the rent. We have two teams of gardeners, one for the garden and one for the vineyard that come regularly and take care of the yard, garden and vineyard maintenance so the tenants do not have to worry about that.
