Hey there! Getting ready to move out of state and looking for someone to take over my lease :) Lease ends July 22,2019. VERY Spacious, UM Grad Student and a Professor as neighbors, very quite coommunity, large playground outside (great for families and dogs). Laundry directly across from unit on the first floor. The price of this unit in this complex is going for $953 but with my lease take over, the price will be $924 (+I pay about $60 for utilites). Unit is also updated in comparison to the others. A ton of closet space and bus line is across the street to main campus EMU and UM. I truly love this space and I consider it a gem. VERY SAFE! Bathroom is incredibly spacious and window throughout apartment let in great light (I just like it dark so excuse the pics)

This large area includes part of the Pittsfield Charter Township and the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport. It is very close to Oak Valley Center, Briarwood Mall, the University of Michigan-South Campus, and Michigan Stadium – a historic football stadium, nicknamed the “Big House,” is home to the Michigan Wolverines.
