This mid-century Hollywood Hills pad was a hotspot for all the musicians and artists who played the sunset strip in the 60s & 70s. Located in the Hollywood Dell, it is the perfect balance of peace/quiet/nature while being able to walk to downtown Hollywood in a matter of minutes. This house was recently and loving restored. It features dark hardwood floors and wood/glass doors with high frames throughout. The pictures really don't capture the openness and light of the space. Both bedrooms are located upstairs - the master bedroom is HUGE-- and there is a bathroom upstairs, which makes the great for entertaining, because your sleeping quarters are away from the living/dining/kitchen/deck/downstairs bath. The staircase has a 13" mural painted by NYC artist Louisxxx (Louis Cannizzaro) - who also did a mural on the tile in the upstairs bathroom. It features a beautiful cobalt recycled glass tile floor imported from Spain. The downstairs bath features an 5' glass mosaic. There's a laundry room with a new washer/dryer and one garage parking space. The house was completely rewired with new recessed lighting in the living room. New AC/ heating unit. Must see!
