No dishwasher Washer/Dryer hook ups in basement with deep sink and lots of room for extra storage. 12 month lease preferred, $1750 refundable security deposit, $65 application fee per adult applicant, $300 non-refundable admin. fee due upon move in. Tenant Responsible for all utilities. All Utilities must be set up in tenants name prior to move in. All Invest West Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50.00/month which includes liability insurance, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
