The high-end living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with an oversized L-shaped couch and two sofas, providing plenty of seating. Embrace the blissful pleasure of a good meal surrounded by some of your favorite people in the dedicated dining area for meals, with a dinner table seating 8 and a breakfast nook seating 4. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, king-sized bed, sitting area, and bedside bench, while the additional 3 rooms have queen-sized beds and bunk beds. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, wood is not provided, and use is only allowed with previously arranged, written approval. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. The health, safety, and wellbeing of guests are of utmost importance, with a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
