Security is majorly lacking in the building. There isn’t always someone at the front desk. The homeless in front of the 7-11 wander into the building all the time and it’s only a matter of time until someone who isn’t supposed to be in the building finds the elevators.

Customer service has been stellar and kind here at 215 W Apartments. I especially love the way Pam interacts with her residents. Facilities and apartment itself are sleek and clean. Loading dock and freight elevator could use some work. Amenities amount may be lacking for some residents.

These are great apartments with modern features and amenities with day to to day social events. The building has a huge gym, swimming pool conference rooms, free coffee etc.

I've only lived here for a week now but so far, I have enjoyed it. The location is great because it's accessible to so many other areas of Chicago. Maintenance also responds very fast and is efficient. The only complaint I have is that prior to signing the lease, we were not given a tour or video of the actual apartment nor were we told the differences between the actual apartment and the video tour; hence, I was blindsided by the apartment view being obstructed when moving in. I definitely urge you to ask to see the actual apartment before signing the lease, as they might not share all details of the actual unit.

It has been a pleasant experience living here and the staff and management have been quite helpful and maintenance has been quick and in time
The complex is fairly clean. The maintenance staff are extremely quick to respond and are very helpful. The prices are above average. Air conditioner does not work during winter months.
215 has been such a great experience from the awesome staff and community events from Taco Tuesday to Valentine’s Day Donuts and the new TULU vending experience it’s been great.

I love living 215 West! The staff members are incredibly friendly. Whenever there's a maintenance issue or any concern, they promptly respond to emails and efficiently address the issue. The lounge area is quite pleasant, and they occasionally organize enjoyable parties in the lounge. In my 1-bedroom apartment, the spacious rooms offer brilliant views of the city.

Quite building with great amenities, like heated swimming pool, sauna, gym coffee, conference rooms. I do like to stop at the coffee area every morning to grab a coffee on my way to work.

Great staff, great building, and amazing views! The amenities are always super clean and functional, service requests are f completed in a very timely manner. Staff is all around extremely helpful and kind.
After one month since move-in, I have mixed feelings about living here. The unit we were shown is not the same as the one we were rented. The elevators are fast and efficient, but not securely accessed. The noise level from outside sources is manageable; however, noise from people in the hallways and from construction in units being turned over is quite bothersome. The bike room is small and cramped. The location is exceptionally convenient, but without this, the unit we are renting would be significantly overpriced. Having lived in various buildings and neighborhoods over the last decade, I would not recommend living here.
I’ve had a great experience so far. The maintenance is fast, the views are impeccable, and the facilities are extremely up to date. The people are friendly, perfect for a working person in their 20s and 30s.
I moved here about a month ago and really love my unit & the community of this building! Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly & polite and the staff goes above & beyond. The amenities are great too, especially the social events that the management hosts on occasion.
