Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). Sitting on the banks of the Allegheny River just minutes north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Etna and Sharpsburg boroughs may be separate entities, but the neighboring boroughs share common identities. Residents of both boroughs share a thoroughfare and frequent each other's restaurants, such as Luca's Pizzeria and Jimmy G's Restaurant.
