Property Ratings at 216 Wilson Dr
Wake up nearly every morning when my neighbor gets up. From her phone alarm vibrating, to the floors loudly creaking with every step or just ver voice when yelling at her kid. There are signs that say no dogs but two upstairs neighbors have dogs. Management is aware and charges them a pet fee. By the time they leave In the morning still can’t get back to sleep because their dog starts howling. These are noise complaints from about my normal neighbors. When I first moved in their was a more problematic neighbor right next door. Partying to domestic disputes cops etc. It sounded like we were roommates rather than neighbors. I purchased expensive noise cancelling headphones. When people go up the stairs it is very loud and disturbing. Maintenance sucks. Affordable with a just been flipped aesthetic but like actual torture due to the level of daily living you hear through the walls and ceiling.
Landlord is very rude and disrespectful. Maintaince is poor and always half done. Was threatened many times. The place smells has bugs and always smells like mildew and marijuana. Neighbors are always fighting and cops are there every other night. Dogs are left to poop everywhere never cleaned and are off leaches. I recommend this place to no one.
