Must make at least 2x the rent (4,400/month) I have lived here for about 7 months and have really enjoyed it. The staff and maintenance are incredibly helpful and informative and the facilities are always clean and maintained well. I am relocating for my work and need someone to take over the remainder of my 12 month lease. After that, you can choose to renew and so on.
