Lack of Professionalism and Courtesy

Scheduled an appointment to view two unites on a Saturday morning and my commute is a 2 hour drive. Alan scheduled these two viewings and seemed disorganized but polite. After driving nearly 2 hours to make it to this scheduled viewing, Alan is nowhere to be found. After waiting 15 minutes outside as their is no leasing office, I decide to call him again. He answers and I politely explain that I’m there for our 10am viewing which I originally asked for 11am but he was persistent on that time. He rudely explains that he was at the property at 9am and waited for me for our appointment for a half hour. Knowing that wasn’t true and his attitude from the get go, I knew it was a cop out for HIM missing OUR appointment that I drove two hours for. In the 2 hour drive, you’d think if he was waiting a half hour, he would call to see if I may have gotten lost but nope. No calls. Simply blaming his lack of responsibility on me. I politely thanked him for wasteing my time and moved on to the next unit and far more professional property management companies. Don’t waste your money trying to fit this budget. I can only imagine the lack of reciprocation in the event or a real emergency or a maintenance emergency. QUALITY is what that area lacks.
