Features: Within walking distance of Northshore Park and Barnett Reservoir. Short driving distance to all the hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants. Description - The owner pays for all utilities, high-speed internet, lawn service, and trash pickup. Pets and smoking are not permitted within the home.
