The sofa folds out to a bed that is slightly bigger than a full. When play time is over, use the designated work-from-home station and high-speed fiber-optic internet to take care of business. After a long day of island life, enjoy a hot bath or shower in the newly renovated bathroom. You'll feel like you have your own personal spa, complete with ultra-plush towels. Guest access - The entire villa is yours for the stay! - Keyless smart lock self-check-in - Two parking spaces available - Parking is first-come, first-served A couple days before your arrival, I will message you with: 1) Check-in details 2) A digital guidebook with all the info you will need and my favorite activities and restaurants Other things to note Please remember you are staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note that nobody is living on-site 24/7. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. - 4 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count. - There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. - No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. - We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels.
