The laundry area off the kitchen will fit a full-size washer & dryer (water included), and there is a coin-operated washer/dryer in every building. There are 2 bedrooms, both have walk-in closets. The balcony faces the parking area. COLUMBUS schools! 21771 H is vacant & ready to rent. We do require the new resident to see it before applying. We can hold it up to three weeks from the time of application w/ a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours on Monday from 9:30-5, Friday from 9:30-5, and Wednesday from 9:30-12. If you need a different day/time than office hours, please email KPM & we will make arrangements. We allow cats & ANY service animal/emotional support animal with proper paperwork provided to the owner & condominium management company.
