The patio is special and a rare and coveted feature. The west bedroom has a horizon ocean view. Washer & dryer are included and they are located in the one car garage. PLEASE NOTE; THE GARAGE IS FOR ONE CAR & IT WAS BUILT IN 1920 SO IT WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE LARGER VEHICLES. There is no other parking offered with the unit so if you have two cars or a large SUV, etc., you will have street parking only. Tenant pays for all utilities. No smoking of any substances and no water furniture allowed. This is an unfurnished, long term lease. Minimum of one year.
