Located right between beautiful resort towns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Bike or paddle right out your door! Bike trail connecting Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City is accessed directly across the street, use crosswalk near Petoskey Brewery during busy summer season and busy color season. Walking distance to grocery store, health food store, restaurants, health club, brewery, bakery, bowling, fishing and free boat launch to Round Lake, nature preserves and more. Minutes away from the best skiing and golf in the area. ¼ mile to beautiful sandy Lake Michigan beach at Petoskey State Park, a day pass is required for vehicles. Three bedrooms + pull out couch. Bedroom 1: one queen bed, bedroom 2: one queen bed, bedroom 3: two twin beds. One full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Fire pit and outdoor seating behind house. Unfinished basement has ping pong table. Provided are dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee maker, filters and coffee. Linens including sheets and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. We do allow non aggressive breeds of dogs, you MUST add your dog to your reservation and let us know in advance, what breed. Thank you! Summer $1,800/week. Winter $1,800/month
