Property Ratings at 219 E Grand
I've lived in 219 East Grand for 1 year now and very much enjoy the apartment building! The location is right in the heart of East Village. The amenities, such as the common area (with a theater room, a pool table, and outside courtyard w/ grills) are awesome to have. I haven't had many maintenance problems, but the one issue I had (broken disposal) was solved the same day! Laurie and Brian do a great job!
I have lived at 219 E Grand for the past year, and LOVED it. The property manager, Laurie, does a tremendous job - she is super quick to respond to emails, requests, etc., and really proactive about communicating any building inspections or routine maintenance. The building is maintained well, and service requests are responded to promptly. Small things like weekly postings on the bulletin board, the awesome lobby coffee machine, yard games available, and occasional breakfasts-on-the-go make this complex feel like a community. The units are functional, with awesome natural light, and you can't beat the floor-to-ceiling windows. The location is perfect - right in the East Village and walking distance to everything. I have no complaints - I am moving out for work and am so sad to go!
