About 22 Thomas St Charleston, SC 29403
I have a really awesome apartment available January 1st, 2016. The apartment is located 2 blocks from the College of Charleston and downtown King Street. The location is killer for anyone looking to move into the city or a student in the area. The room has vaulted ceilings and has a really great porch that overlooks historical Charleston. The apartment has been lived in mostly by students and for the price it really cannot be beat. It is a 4 bedroom apartment and all the other students are very studious and quiet. There is also a corner store about 30 seconds away for snacks and late night walks. $575 a month plus average of $50 in utilities. AC and heating unit included. Best landlords in the world and they pay for water. Email me with any questions at all. Room is available because I am graduation and moving to Thailand. The price and location really cannot be beat. Come by to check it out. One of my other roomates is moving out and a second room is also available if you and a friend are looking for a place together.
