Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at 2201 Arbrook
Living in this apartment has its highs and lows. The apartment boasts an upscale appearance with spacious layouts, high ceilings, and modern fixtures that elevate the living space beautifully. The large walk-in showers and closets are a luxurious highlight. The staff, despite an offsite office, has been consistently helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. The well-maintained landscaping adds to the property’s charm and curb appeal. However, compared to similar apartments, amenities like a pool, fitness center, or community spaces are lacking, which may disappoint some residents. Street noise can occasionally disrupt the peace, especially late at night, and parking can be a challenge with limited availability, “no parking” zones along the street, and narrow garages not suitable for larger vehicles. Security measures, including recent upgrades with cameras, are improving, but incidents like package thefts remain a concern due to the lack of an entrance gate. On a positive note, the location is very convenient with easy access to I-20 and 360, enhancing accessibility to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. While the apartment offers spacious rooms, modern finishes and appliances, and attractive landscaping, potential tenants should consider factors like parking difficulties, noise disturbances, and ongoing security enhancements. With management actively addressing these issues, the community shows promising potential as a great place to live.
Unsafe area with no security. Packages are stolen all of the time. Not worth the “good price”.
No gates, no security cameras, no security at all Manager is insincere and uncooperative
There is no manager/ maintenance/ office on site. It takes up to 7 days for maintenance to even reach out. There is NOT ENOUGH PARKING!!! I can not stress this enough. You only get ONE spot per house hold, Unless you pay for spot or garage. Even then you only get one or the other. Not a great thing if you have more than one car per house hold. There is never any parking and you end up having to park on the side of the street where you will get a ticket (has already happened to multiple people). The neighborhood is loud and you always hear racing down the streets. Its only been a year and both gate doors have been ripped off. The buildings were done in a hurry and you can see that in the details. Paint is rubbing off and even two air vents in my place are hanging on. My living room fan hasn't even worked since i moved in and no one will get back to me on it.Been here a year and have been unable to use the fan. It may look pretty but i wouldn't waste your money staying here. There are way more cons than pros.
Property Manager at 2201 Arbrook, Responded To This Review
I am sorry that your experience has not been a good one. We have been upfront with all the tenants moving in that there would not be an office or maintenance on-site that everything is done through email, phone or meld system for work orders. I will be happy to find out why your issues were not addressed, and I am so glad to get them addressed. Please send me an email with your name and apartment number and your issues. lhomuth@frontlineproperty.com We have addressed the issues with the gate with the neighboring apartment complex. I understand parking has been a tough situation. Thank you for your insight on the property and for helping us make things better. Look forward to your email so that I can address your issue in your apartment. Thank you LaBrett Homuth
The apartments are modern yet it is not possible to have wifi installed.
