It's a 7-minute drive to Downtown, 14 minutes to Indian Canyons, and 45 minutes to Joshua Tree. Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private backyard, pool, and spa. Includes a designated work area with high-speed Wi-Fi.
