Should be condemned or renovated beyond recognition

I have lived in Denton almost ten years, and this is by and large the worst complex I have lived in. The wall outlets are not up to code, and are two pronged, so they are not grounded. Whatever genius decided to paint over the co-axial outlet rendered it completely useless, so installing internet will be costly. For some reason the light and fan in the bathroom are on one switch, and the shower/baths are not seemed in correctly, so water pours into the walls and onto the carpets near and around bathrooms. When I sent a maintenance request to have it fixed, the maintenance worker found black mold inside of the seem, and instead of reporting it decided to just caulk over it. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. It's almost as if someone designed these units to be as inconveniencing as possible. There is one washer and dryer for the upwards of thirty people that live here, the parking lot is comically small and my car has been side swiped at least three times living here AND THE ROACHES. I have deep cleaned this apartment, top to bottom, and clean daily. Every night it's a roach motel, tons. The literal one redeeming quality of this complex is that it's across the street from UNT. But so are dozens of other, nicer, well kept apartments. The landlord's lease agreements are wildly skewed towards late fees, indiscriminate charges and legal jargon he very much expects to go over your head. Save yourself.
