This charming coastal cottage, located 1/2 mile from Stonington Borough, will be available beginning June 1st as a short-term, seasonal rental through August 31st. All you need to do is unpack your bags! It is beautifully furnished and updated, with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, has seating at the breakfast bar in addition to the dining table. Updated in 2020, the large bathroom includes a full-size washer & dryer. You'll be impressed by the size of the primary bedroom (king-size bed) with a door leading to a private patio, which is an extension of the living space with a fire pit and grill. Spend your days exploring all that Stonington and neighboring towns have to offer: shopping, restaurants, beaches, hiking trails & nature preserves, vineyards & breweries, kayak, SUP & bicycle rentals, sailing lessons, lighthouse museum, the Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport... the list goes on and on! Return home to see the stunning view of the sun setting over the water from your front door. RI beaches are a 20 minute drive, or a day trip to Newport is under an hour away. Offered at $7000/month or $1950/week with a 2 week minimum stay. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee.
