There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $1000 ( $250/bedroom/ tenant) rent includes heat, water, snow, removal, and lawn care. Tenants pay for electric. If unit is rented by four students monthly payment per student will be $550. due at signing of lease is first months rent ($2200) security deposit ($2200) and nonrefundable cleaning fee ($1000) for a total of $5400 or $1350 per tenant with four tenants renting.
