The bedrooms include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a twin over full-sized bed with a twin trundle bed, each equipped with a TV, nightstand, lamps, and ceiling fan. Enjoy the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full bathroom. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Parking is available for 2 cars, and a parking pass is needed. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Winter Texan Rate is available from November to March 1 at $2,000 monthly plus fees. Nearby attractions include Port Aransas Beach, a beautiful stretch of sandy shoreline perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. Island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes, but properties receive professional pest control treatments every month.
