Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) pay for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid. No Refrigerator, Tenant must provide own.
