The city does inspections and will enforce this code and so we cannot let more than 3 unrelated people move into a place with zoning that doesn't allow that. -No AirBnB or renting out rooms or other similar subletting- Tenants are not allowed to use the property as an AirBnB and cannot sub rent out rooms or some or all of the space in any way. -Number of Pets Allowed by Landlord- 1 pet possible with a $300 refundable deposit and additional $25 per month rent. -Minimum Credit Score for All Applicants- Good credit required.
