The L is at Western and Armitage, a 10 min walk down Leavitt to Armitage to Western. The Damen #50 bus is a 3 min walk east at Damen/Webster. Hamilton Street is QUIET one way street and is opposite a church and charter school- QUIET! That means after 4p you have easy parking on the street, and on weekends no problem parking! Very good neighborhood. Holstein Park is a 2 min walk west and the park has a 50 yd pool and huge land area to exercise.
