The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (1st Floor), Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Bunk Beds (2nd Floor). Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the 1st Floor Primary Bedroom Ensuite, a full bathroom on the 2nd Floor, a full bathroom in the 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 Queen Bed Ensuite, and a half bathroom on the 1st Floor. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The landscaper goes once a week and security cameras are installed for your safety, recording 24/7 at the front door and in front of the garage. A pest control service visits the home at least once a month, but you might encounter wildlife in the yard and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
