City law says that Dwelling units located in (RS) Single-Dwelling Residential zoned districts are permitted to be occupied by a family unit that is related by blood, marriage or adoption or by no more than three-unrelated persons. Some properties that we manage do allow 4 or more so if looking for a property like that, please ask us which properties we have available with that zoning. The city does inspections and will enforce this code and so we cannot let more than 3 unrelated people move into a place with zoning that doesn't allow that. No AirBnB or renting out rooms or other similar subletting Tenants are not allowed to use the property as an AirBnB and cannot sub-rent out rooms or some or all of the space in any way. Number of Pets Allowed by Landlord Our pet policy for most properties is that 1 pet is possible if the tenant has a credit score of 700 or more.
