All prospective residents of 18 years of age or older must submit an application and provide documentation. Any minors will be listed as occupants on the lease agreement. A 12 month lease agreement is required. Applicants will be screened using guidelines of credit, income verification and past rental history. Credit and eviction search will be conducted prior to approval. All applicants must be prepared to provide requested documentation and allow for verification. Any third-party employment verification costs will be paid by applicant. Our application fee of $35 is per applicant and is non-refundable. Please ask the property supervisor for any additional details. Absolutely no pets. Owner pays for water. No smoking. One half of a two car garage to be used as shared storage only included in rent.
