Rent is $1300 per month unfurnished, but if you need turn-key, we may be able to accommodate with rental consideration. 3 Month minimum lease with no move-outs in January - March 60 days notice. Under 60 days requires a 1 month re-rent fee equal to 1 months rent. No sublets. All occupants must be screened by property manager.
